Privacy

- No account. No sign-up and no login.
- Stored only on your device. Receipt images, PDFs and the details read from them. We never receive them.
- Read on the device. Receipts are read on your iPhone. Optional cloud reading for hard-to-read receipts is off unless you turn it on, and even then the receipt is never sent to us.
- iCloud sync is optional. Off by default. It uses your own private iCloud Drive, which we can’t access.
- Anonymous analytics and crash reports. No receipt contents, merchant names, amounts, client names or images.
- No ads, no tracking. Nothing sold or shared for marketing.

Yes. The annual plan has a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
What happens when the Tax Season Pass ends?
You’re back on Free after 60 days, and your receipts stay. It never renews.
What happens to my receipts if I stop paying?
They stay on your phone. Free lets you keep viewing them and add 25 a month.
How do I cancel?
In your Apple ID settings, at least 24 hours before renewal.
Which iPhones read receipts best?
iPhone 15 Pro and newer fill in every field for you. Other iPhones use basic scanning, and you can correct any field.
Is there an Android version?

How do I move my receipts to a new phone?
Turn on iCloud sync, or export a ZIP.
How do I restore a purchase?
Tap “Restore Purchases” in Evidently’s Settings or on the upgrade screen.
Does Evidently work offline?
Yes. Scanning and reading happen on your phone.
What is the KRA eTIMS link?
For receipts whose QR code is a KRA link, it opens KRA’s invoice checker.
How do I add receipts from email or Files?
Use the Share button and choose Evidently.
How do I turn on Face ID lock?
In Evidently’s Settings.
