Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms cover your use of the Evidently app and this website, provided by Single Deck Labs Limited, a company registered in Kenya.

Licence and purchases

The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Subscriptions and the Tax Season Pass are bought, renewed, cancelled and refunded through Apple. Prices are shown in USD on this website; the App Store shows your local price.

Your records

Evidently helps you keep and organise evidence of your expenses. It does not give tax, legal or accounting advice. Check what it reads from your receipts before relying on it, and ask your accountant or KRA about what you can deduct.

Your receipts and backups

Your receipts are yours. They’re stored on your device and, if you choose, in your iCloud. You’re responsible for keeping backups, using iCloud sync or a ZIP export.

KRA eTIMS link

The eTIMS link opens KRA’s own website. We don’t control it.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
